Sikkim NEET Counselling 2024

Sikkim NEET Counselling 2024

Sikkim’s NEET Counselling 2024 is an important process for medical aspirants in the state who want to get into the Sikkim Manipal Institute Of Medical Sciences in Gangtok. With only one medical college offering 150 seats, competition is fierce, making the counseling process extremely important. This procedure is overseen by the Government of Sikkim’s Directorate of Technical Education, which ensures transparency and merit-based selection. Registration, document verification, choice filling, and seat allocation are all stages of the counselling process.

The Sikkim Manipal Institute Of Medical Sciences, in the capital city of Gangtok, is Sikkim’s only medical college, with only 150 seats available. This exclusivity necessitates a meticulous and equitable counselling process overseen by the Directorate of Technical Education. The institute is known for its quality education and cutting-edge facilities, making it a popular choice for aspiring doctors in the region. The counselling process aims to assign these seats to the most deserving candidates based on their NEET scores and other eligibility requirements.

The NEET counselling process, which is carried out by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Sikkim, consists of several steps designed to ensure fairness and transparency. To confirm their eligibility, candidates must first register and submit documents for verification. Following that, they engage in choice filling, which allows them to prioritize their preferences. The final step is seat allotment, which assigns seats based on candidates’ merit and preferences. The entire process is intended to ensure that only the most qualified candidates are admitted to the prestigious Sikkim Manipal Institute Of Medical Sciences, thereby maintaining high educational standards in the state’s medical sector.
