Sikkim Medical (MBBS) Colleges Fee Structure: As Sikkim is an open state, and there is only 1 Medical College with 150 MBBS Seats. SMIMS welcomes applications from various categories of students. The Sikkim Category is reserved for candidates from Sikkim, who should apply through the Director of Technical Education in Gangtok. Indian citizens can apply under the General Category, while permanent residents of Northeast states such as Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura, Meghalaya, Manipur, and Sikkim can apply under the Northeast Category, with both categories requiring NEET scores for admission.

Admission to this colleges will be based on the NEET Exam Score conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Sikkim NEET Counselling will be conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Sikkim for 85% of seats in government medical colleges and 100% of seats in private medical colleges for state quota. However, counseling for the remaining 15% of seats in government medical colleges will be conducted by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) under the All India Quota (AIQ).
