Counselling Process
Step 1: Option Registration (Round 1):
- All eligible candidates can register their preferred colleges for MBBS/BDS courses.
- Pay the option registration fee (the amount will be paid).
- The fee is adjusted against the tuition fee if you get a seat.
- Report to the allotted college within the specified timeframe if you get a seat in Round 1.
Step 2: Option Confirmation (Round 2):
- If you registered options in Round 1, you can confirm or modify them in Round 2.
- No fresh registration is needed.
- Confirm existing options or rearrange/delete unwanted ones.
- Cancel all remaining options if satisfied with Round 1 allotment.
- You can also exit the Round 2 seat if you choose.
Step 3: Mop-Up Round (Fresh Registration):
- Open to candidates who:
- Exited their Round 1/2 seat.
- Didn’t register options in Round 1 or get a seat in Round 1/2.
- Pay a mop-up registration fee.
- Others who continued in admitted status are not eligible.
Step 4: Stray Vacancy Round (No Registration):
- Fills vacant seats remaining after Mop-Up Round.
- Not open to candidates with previous allotments.
- Options from the Mop-Up Round are considered.
- Conducted at the college level based on CEE guidelines.
- Contact colleges directly for admission and fee details.
