The Assam NEET Counselling 2024 second round is ongoing. Online registration is open from 11th to 13th September 2024 until 11:55 PM. Candidates can submit college and course preferences from 14th to 17th September 2024, with choice locking on 17th September between 5:00 PM and 11:59 PM. Seat allotment happens on 18th and 19th September, with results on 20th September 2024. Students must report to their institutes by the 25th and 26th of September.   • After reading the above instructions to fill Online Application Form, the Applicant has to click the Next button to display Online Application Form.

Phase 1: Registration & Choice Filling (Assam Quota)

Bond Policy for MBBS Candidates in Assam

Service Requirement:

  • Post-Completion Service: After completing the MBBS course, the candidate is required to serve the Government of Assam for a minimum period of 5 years.
  • Service Scope: The service obligation includes working in any State Government Service within the Health and Allied sector, including agencies/institutions under NHM (National Health Mission) or any other State/Central Government sponsored schemes.
  • Rural Service: The service period must include at least 1 year of rural service.

Breach of Terms:

  • Penalty: If the candidate fails to fulfill the service obligation, they will be liable to pay a compensation amount of Rs. 30,00,000 (Rupees thirty lakhs) to the Government of Assam, Health and Family Welfare Department.
